1. Information We Collect

1.1 Account Information. When you create an account, we collect: name, email address, phone number, company name, trade/service type, and service area (city/market).

1.2 Payment Information. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do NOT store your credit card number, CVV, or full card details on our servers. Stripe handles all payment data in compliance with PCI-DSS standards.

1.3 Usage Data. We collect data about how you use the platform: leads viewed, leads contacted, status updates, login times, and feature usage.

1.4 Communications. We store email communications sent through our system including lead notifications and account-related emails.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and maintain the Service (delivering leads, managing your subscription)
  • To match you with relevant leads based on your trade and location
  • To send you lead notifications, account updates, and service communications
  • To process payments and manage billing
  • To improve the Service through analytics and usage patterns
  • To communicate about new features, changes, or promotions (you can opt out)
  • To prevent fraud and ensure platform security

3. Information Sharing

We do NOT sell your personal information. We share data only with:

  • Stripe — for payment processing
  • Resend — for sending email notifications
  • Supabase — for secure data storage
  • ElevenLabs — for AI voice outreach and lead verification
  • OpenAI / Anthropic — for AI-powered lead analysis and qualification
  • Twilio — for telephony services
  • Vercel — for website hosting
  • Law enforcement — only when required by law or court order

4. Lead Data

4.1 Source. Lead information (General Contractor data) is collected from publicly available sources including Google Places, Google Ads Transparency Center, Facebook Ad Library, company websites, and job posting platforms.

4.2 Public Data. All lead information we provide is sourced from publicly available data. We do not access private databases or non-public information.

4.3 Lead Verification. We verify leads through two methods: (1) Indeed — we detect active job postings where the GC is publicly seeking subcontractors for specific trades; (2) Website AI — our AI analyzes the company's public website for language indicating they work with subcontractors. No personal outreach to GC contacts is conducted on behalf of subscribers.

4.4 Email Tracking. Emails sent as part of our internal qualification process include a tracking pixel to monitor delivery and open rates. This data is used solely to improve our service quality and is not shared with third parties.

4.5 AI Analysis. Lead scoring and qualification uses AI systems (OpenAI, Anthropic) to analyze publicly available business data. No personally identifying information beyond publicly listed business contacts is processed.

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including:

  • Encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS)
  • Secure database with row-level security (Supabase RLS)
  • Payment data handled exclusively by PCI-compliant Stripe
  • Access controls and authentication requirements
  • Regular security monitoring

No system is 100% secure. While we take reasonable precautions, we cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

6. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access your personal data stored in our system
  • Correct inaccurate information in your profile
  • Delete your account and associated data
  • Export your data in a portable format
  • Opt out of marketing communications
  • Withdraw consent for data processing at any time

7. California Residents (CCPA)

If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA):

  • Right to non-discrimination for exercising your privacy rights

8. Cookies and Tracking

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use localStorage for user preferences (language, dark mode). We do not use third-party advertising cookies on our platform. We use a first-party tracking pixel in outreach emails to monitor open rates for lead verification quality purposes.

9. Email Communications

By creating an account, you agree to receive:

  • Account verification and security emails (required)
  • Pack delivery confirmations and lead availability notifications (can be configured)
  • Billing and payment-related emails (required)
  • Service updates and announcements (can opt out)

We comply with the CAN-SPAM Act. All marketing emails include an unsubscribe option.

10. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. After account deletion, we retain anonymized usage data for analytics purposes. Payment records are retained for 7 years as required by tax regulations.

11. Children

The Service is intended for business use by adults 18 years and older. We do not knowingly collect data from individuals under 18.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of material changes via email at least 30 days before they take effect.
